Services

Your Web Designer! provides web design, development, and hosting services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom website design and development
• Website hosting and maintenance
• Domain registration assistance
• Ongoing support and updates

Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Hosting fees are billed monthly or annually
• Late payments may result in service suspension

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the rights to the final website design and content. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.

Limitation of Liability

Your Web Designer! shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
